A Robotic Case Against Human Biology

This text explores the profound enigmatic nature of human existence through a philosophical analysis of sleep, consciousness, and the concept of identity. The author presents sleep as a state of immobility akin to death and critically examines the biological purpose and bewildering nature of dreams, while considering consciousness as a "migrating" entity that transitions into new life at death. A central theme is the impossibility of identity in a world defined by the constant flux of space and time, rendering even mathematical concepts mere auxiliary constructs. Finally, the work reflects on the limitations of human language, which, through paradoxical terminology, often creates more confusion than it adequately explains the physical and mental reality of the individual.

2021… Story of a Robot – Part 1 0 19. Chapter: The Allegory of the Cave Also belonging to the latent state of analysis, in which, despite an increasing capacity for synthesis, I nevertheless still regularly find myself, are the aforementioned “questions that arise of their own accord” , which I must address at this point. Regarding questions in general , you probably know from your own experience that a situation often arises in which suddenly many questions accumulate in our heads, waiting impatiently, like at a supermarket checkout, to be answered. Except that, in the situations I have in mind here, we are dealing with a supermarket in which a fast checkout does not reduce the customers in line, but multiplies them exponentially.

For with every question that is paid for and leaves the shop, its answer in the shopping bag, suddenly even more questions pr ess into the supermarket, so that the supermarket is quickly filled to bursting, all the answers are sold out in no time, and the shop has to close. This, then, is a rather strange supermarket, one that is instantly full again every time it opens, including an endless line outside the door. What should I do now?
